Order Processing
At MELDECOR, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment.
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product size, weight, and shipping method selected.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
- United States: 3–10 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Delays

- Incorrect shipping information
- Carrier service interruptions
- Events outside of our control
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and not guarantees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier’s system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
MELDECOR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
MELDECOR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
We will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim when possible.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges.
MELDECOR is not responsible for customs delays or additional import fees.
