Return & Refund Policy

At MELDECOR, each piece is carefully produced and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipment.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • No longer wanting the item after delivery

Please review all product details, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want every customer to receive their order in perfect condition.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.


Custom and Personalized Products

Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or specially requested products are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Refunds

Refunds are not issued for completed and delivered orders.

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The item cannot be produced or fulfilled.
  • The order is canceled by MELDECOR before shipment.
  • A replacement is not possible for a verified damaged or defective item.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
